Cinnamon Dough Ornaments

December is here and it is time to get ready for Christmas! Here is a recipe for a fun afternoon with your child.

Cinnamon Dough Ornaments

1 1/2 cups ground cinnamon
1 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup glue

Mix above ingredients. If to stiff add a little water. Will make a thick dough. Form into a large ball. Place in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for a least 1/2 hour. Remove dough from the bag and place between two pieces of wax paper. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with your favorite cookie cutters. Take a straw and make a hole for ribbon. Let dry and hang on your tree. Stored in an air tight container these will last for years to come. They will make your house smell really good as well.
